Airports

What is the best way to get from Slovakia to Congo?

The most efficient way is to take regular flights from Vienna, Budapest or Prague, with Air France, Turkish Airlines or Ethiopian Airlines with one stopover. The price of tickets depends on the season and the airline.

Maya-Maya Airport in Brazzaville

Originally built in 1949 in a densely forested area 319 meters above sea level and 6 kilometers from the city, it has undergone extensive modernization. Local African airlines have regular flights to and from the airport.

Antonio Agostinho Neto Airport in Pointe Noire

Built in 1934 with a new passenger terminal built in 2006, it is a hub for the country's main airline, Trans Air Congo, and local carrier Equaflight. The airport is named after the late Angolan politician and poet who served as the country's very first president from 1975 to 1979.

In addition to international airports, Congo also has 22 regional airports named after the cities they belong to.
